Dedication to Employee Volunteer Program |

|
|
In addition to financial sponsorships, the TSMC Foundation participates
in social services through TSMC Volunteer Program. We initiated
and organized the "TSMC Tour Guide Volunteer Program"
for TSMC employees and families to serve as guides during weekends
at the National Musuem of Natural Sciences IC exhibit, which
we sponsors. We also created the "TSMC Rural Schools Reading
Volunteer Program" aimed at motivating and bringing in
resources to color the lives of rural schools' children in Hsinchu
and Tainan. These volunteer programs not only enrich the lives
of our employees, but also provide them with opportunities to
giveback to the community. |
