(IDP) that he/she develops jointly with his/her manager,
tailored to the individual based on his/her work experience,
educational background, work needs, work performance, and
career development needs. The IDP details the best combination
of training courses that the individual should enroll in
while at TSMC. This helps employees to grow and develop with
a goal, a plan, and discipline as well as to acquire professional
expertise and skills in an orderly progression. |
