RD Substitute Service (RDSS)
TSMC believes that talent is the critical factor to maintain our leading position in the industry. Therefore, We are delighted to work with the government to rovide R&D substitute opportunities and we welcome applications from oversea students as well.

Advanced Offer (AO) In 2005, TSMC launched the Advanced Offer Program for outstanding fresh graduates who do not take the RDSS opportunities due to limited quota or personal career plan. AO students start their career upon completion of their military service with guarantee offers, which TSMC honors regardless of the economic changes. Who Are Qualified to Apply Master and Phd students who will graduate in 2013 are eligible for compulsory military service. How to Apply 1. Please fill out RDSS&AO resume and professor recommendation, and email to campus@tsmc.com, specifying "Apply for 2013 RDSS/AO_ School_Major_ Degree_Name” in mail subject. 2. For new business, TSMC Solar, please send your resume and professor recommendation to SOL_HR@tsmc.com. For new business, TSMC Solid State Lighting, please send to SSL_HR@tsmc.com. Remarks 1.
